目的 回顾分析我院 2 0 0例糖尿病病人的肌电图 ,探讨有神经系统症状和体征组 ( 组 )及无神经系统症状和体征组 ( 组 )的神经传导速度 (NCV)。方法 分别对 2 0 0例糖尿病人 ,6 0例正常成人进行 NCV测定。结果 组病人中所测的左正中神经、左尺神经、右胫神经、右腓神经的运动神经传导速度 (MCV)及左正中神经、左尺神经、右腓浅神经的感觉神经传导速度 (SCV)与 组进行比较 ,均有显著性差异。 组病人除左正中神经、左尺神经的 MCV外 ,与 组的NCV比较 ,均有显著性差异。 组与 组比较 ,发现右腓神经 MCV和右腓浅神经 SCV有显著性差异。结论 1通过电生理的检查可早期发现亚临床的糖尿病性周围神经病 ;2在临床症状和体征出现之前即可从 NCV检查中发现 NCV的减慢。 3下肢的 NCV改变重于上肢 ,SCV损害较 MCV明显。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the electromyography of 200 diabetic patients in our hospital and investigate the nerve conduction velocity (NCV) of neurological symptoms and signs group (group) and no neurological symptoms and signs group (group). Methods NCV was performed on 200 diabetic patients and 60 normal adults respectively. Results Motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) of left median nerve, left ulnar nerve and right and left superficial nerve measured in patients with left middle nerve, left ulnar nerve, right tibial nerve and right common peroneal nerve ) Compared with the group, there are significant differences. In addition to left median nerve, left ulnar nerve MCV group, compared with the group NCV, there was a significant difference. Compared with the group, there was a significant difference in the MCV of the right peroneal nerve and the SCV of the right and left superficial nerve. Conclusion 1 Subclinical diabetic peripheral neuropathy can be detected early by electrophysiological examination; 2 NCV can be found to slow down from NCV examination before clinical signs and symptoms appear. 3 lower limbs NCV changes heavier than the upper limbs, SCV damage than MCV obvious.
