目的:对蔓荆全草的化学成分进行研究。方法:用色谱法和波谱分析法对蔓荆的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。结果:从蔓荆全草中分离得到5个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:乌苏酸(Ⅰ)、2α,3α-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅱ)、白桦酸(Ⅲ)、蒲公英赛醇(Ⅳ)、2α,3β,19-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅴ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the whole plant of Vitex negundo. Methods: The chemical constituents of Vitex japonicus were isolated and identified by chromatography and spectral analysis. Results: Five triterpenoids were isolated from the whole plant of Vitex gramineus and were identified as ursolic acid (Ⅰ), 2α, 3α-dihydroxy-12-ene-28-ursolic acid (Ⅲ), dandelion alcohol (Ⅳ), 2α, 3β, 19-trihydroxy-12-ene-28-ursuic acid (Ⅴ). Conclusion: The compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
