【案情简介】2009年2月,朱小姐在上海某美容院购买了美容服务卡一张,并预充值132000元,同年12月,朱小姐以做美容致使脸部过敏为由中止消费,并起诉美容院,要求返还服务款并赔偿经济损失20000元。法院一审认为,朱小姐无法证明其皮肤过敏与美容院的服务之间存在因果关系,驳回其诉讼请求。朱小姐不服,提起上诉,上海市第一中级法院经审理后认为,美容服务卡预充值余额93796元为朱小姐尚未消费的款项,以该款项为预期
【Brief introduction of the case】 In February 2009, Miss Zhu bought a beauty service card in a beauty salon in Shanghai and pre-loaded with 132,000 yuan. In December the same year, Ms. Chu stopped consuming and suing on the precondition of making facial allergy Beauty salons, request the return of service and compensation for economic losses of 20,000 yuan.
