应用自体及同种异体LAK细胞对2组晚期原发性肝癌患者进行治疗。结果示治疗后2组患者外周血mIL-2R表达阳性率、NK细胞活性及CD4/CD3比值均较治疗前显著升高,血清sIL-2R会量则较治疗前降低,提示机体免疫功能得到明显提高。两种不同来源LAK细胞在改善肝癌患者免疫功能上无明显差异。显示胚胎胸腺与脾脏亦是理想LAK前体细胞的来源之一。
