伴随着建筑行业的迅猛发展,越来越多的住宅工程项目纷纷投入建设,其主体结构大部分是框架和框架剪力墙。凭借良好的抗震性能优势、施工技术优势和低造价优势,混凝土结构得到了建筑工程设计的青睐,在交通工程基础设施、民用建筑及工业等方面得到了广泛应用。然而,建筑基础工程大体积混凝土一般配筋较密、体型复杂、技术要求高,加之水化热作用的影响,需要解决的问题有很多,需要我们按照施工方案优化配合比设计,加强监控工序,确保混凝土工程满足质量要求。结合自身工作经验,本文对建筑基础工程大体积混凝土施工质量监理控制等问题展开了深入分析。
With the rapid development of the construction industry, more and more residential construction projects have been put into construction one after another, and most of the main structure is the framework and the frame shear wall. With good seismic performance advantages, construction technology advantages and low cost advantages, the concrete structure has been favored by architectural engineering design and has been widely used in traffic engineering infrastructure, civil engineering and industry. However, there are many problems that need to be solved in mass concrete of building foundation engineering, such as general reinforced concrete, complex shape and high technical requirements. In addition, we need to optimize the mix design according to the construction scheme and strengthen the monitoring procedures. Ensure concrete works meet quality requirements. Combined with our own work experience, this article has carried on the thorough analysis to the massive construction quality supervision control and so on foundation construction project.
