随着北京2008年奥运会的临近,会出现奥运会特别仲裁裁决在中国的承认与执行问题。我国应当尽快制定或完善体育仲裁方面的立法和相关规定,承认包括奥运会争议在内的体育仲裁为可仲裁事项;撤回对《纽约公约》的商事保留,以使当事人能够根据《纽约公约》在我国提出承认与执行的申请。 With the approaching of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, the recognition and enforcement of the special Olympic Games arbitration award in China will appear. China should make or improve the sports arbitration legislation and related regulations as soon as possible.
