依托青岛地铁2号线五南区间隧道工程,采用现场监测方法得到浅埋花岗岩地铁隧道初期支护与二次衬砌间接触压力,然后结合铁路隧道设计规范计算作用于衬砌结构的计算荷载,采用荷载结构模型分别计算实测和规范荷载作用下的二次衬砌结构的安全系数并进行对比分析,得出实测荷载作用下二次衬砌的安全系数远高于规范荷载作用下的安全系数,为二次衬砌结构的设计提供了更加合理的建议。
Based on the WENNAN tunnel project of Qingdao Metro Line 2, the on-site monitoring method was used to get the contact pressure between initial support and secondary lining of shallow-buried granite subway tunnels. Then, the calculated load acting on the lining structure was calculated according to the railway tunnel design code. The safety coefficient of the secondary lining is calculated and compared with the model under the actual load and the normal load respectively. The safety factor of the secondary lining under the measured load is much higher than that under the normal load. It is the second lining The design of the structure provides more reasonable advice.
