以3,4-呋喃二羧酸为原料,经酯化、肼解合成3,4-呋喃二酰肼,再与芳香醛、酮类化合物发生缩合反应,合成6个含呋喃环双酰腙类化合物。通过1HNMR、FT-IR、MS对它们的结构进行了表征。研究了它们的抗菌活性,结果表明:6个化合物表现出良好的抗菌效果。
3,4-furandicarboxylic acid as raw material, the esterification, hydrazinolysis of 3,4-furandihydrazide, and aromatic aldehydes and ketones condensation reaction occurred, the synthesis of six furan ring containing two acyl hydrazones Compound. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, FT-IR, MS. Their antibacterial activities were studied and the results showed that six compounds showed good antibacterial activity.
