选择常用的ZL101A、ZL201A铸造铝合金和2A50、2A14、2A12、7A04变形铝合金,采用挤压铸造工艺制备了100mm×150mm的试样,进行了微观组织观察和力学性能测试。结果表明,试验合金在挤压铸造状态下为晶粒细小的铸态组织,拉伸试样断口形貌呈韧性断裂特征,ZL101A、ZL201A、2A50、2A14、2A12、7A04合金在此压为200 MPa下的抗拉强度分别为295、385、340、425、425、475 MPa,屈服强度分别为220、225、310、390、320、410 MPa,伸长率分别为8.0%、15.5%、4.5%、3.5%、9.5%、7.5%,冲击韧度分别为4.0、12.0、4.0、3.0、3.0、3.5J·cm-2,硬度(HB)分别为95、106、117、142、126、145。
Select common ZL101A, ZL201A cast aluminum alloy and 2A50,2A14,2A12,7A04 deformation aluminum alloy, the extrusion casting process prepared 100mm × 150mm sample, the microstructure observation and mechanical properties of the test. The results show that the microstructure of the test alloy is as-cast microstructure and the fracture morphology of the tensile specimen is ductile fracture. The pressure of ZL101A, ZL201A, 2A50, 2A14, 2A12 and 7A04 is 200 MPa Respectively, the tensile strength was 295,385,340,425,425,475 MPa and the yield strength was 220,225,310,390,320,410 MPa respectively. The elongation was 8.0%, 15.5%, 4.5% , 3.5%, 9.5%, 7.5% and impact toughness were 4.0,12.0,4.0,3.0,3.0,3.5J · cm-2 respectively. The hardness (HB) were 95,106,117,142,126,145 respectively.
