本文作者对83例斑秃病人进行研究(男46例,女37例),其中普秃22例、全秃11例、多发性斑秃50例。持续一年以下的有26例,1～10年的有36例,10年以上的有21例,病人年龄在3～67岁(平均为28岁)。32例斑秃病人有家族史。50例发现有甲的改变,29例已有6个月以上的全身类固酵激素治疗。19例有白内障家族史。无一例有白癜风。所有病人均接受视力、眼前半部活组织显微镜及眼底镜检查。某些病例并作视网膜荧光素血管图(retinal fluoresceinangiography)检查,并对66例年龄相仿但无
