酒店管理专业学生的毕业实习是学生在学校学完所有的基础和专业课程之后再深入各星级酒店检验自己学习效果的一项综合性实践活动,其目的是让学生全面掌握酒店各个岗位服务的操作环节和工作流程,深化对酒店行业工作的感性和理性认识,为成为合格的酒店服务人员作准备。但是由于酒店行业的特殊性以及校园与酒店环境的巨大差异,实习生在毕业实习期间往往难于坚持到实习期满,其原因主要在于酒店管理人员对实习学生的实习活动缺乏系统的规划和有效引导。因此学校将企业教练技术引入酒店管理专业学生的毕业实习,有利于加强学生对毕业实习的正确认识,改变现有实习生不安心本职工作的现状,提高实习活动的有效率。

Therefore, the introduction of enterprise coaching technology into the graduation practice of hotel management students will help strengthen the students’ correct understanding of graduation practice, change the current situation of existing intern trainees and improve the efficiency of internship activities.
