任何企业要想发展得健康有序,就必须将企业内部的财务预算管理得井井有条。只有将财务预算做好了,企业才能够发展长远,其它环节才能够得到很大的优化,整体获得的利益从而也能最大化。但是不同企业会遇到不同情况,各个企业要根据自身具体情况,对整个系统做到协调管理,并且在管理过程中不断发现问题并改善,最终形成有效的财务预算制度。
Any business in order to develop healthy and orderly, we must manage the internal financial budget in an organized manner. Only when the financial budget is completed can the enterprise develop in the long run and the other links can be greatly optimized and the overall benefits gained thereby can be maximized. However, different enterprises encounter different situations. All enterprises need to coordinate and manage the entire system according to their own specific situations. In the process of management, they continuously find problems and improve and eventually form an effective financial budget system.
