在现代企业管理当中,员工积极性的有效发挥一直是企事业单位员工管理工作的重点与难点。20世纪以来,管理学家和心理学家将动机心理研究的成果应用于管理当中,形成了内容型激励理论、过程型激励理论、综合激励理论,为员工管理实践活动带来了较大地启示。
In modern enterprise management, the effective exertion of employees’ enthusiasm has always been the key and difficult task of employee management in enterprises and institutions. Since the 20th century, management experts and psychologists applied the results of motivational psychological research to management, forming content-based incentive theory, process-based incentive theory, and comprehensive incentive theory, which have brought great enlightenment to employee management practices.
