采用1种具有三嵌段结构的有机聚合物作为添加剂(AP)与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)通过共混制备同时具有亲水性能和疏油性能的新型中空纤维膜,考察了PVDF与AP的比例对膜的微结构及性能的影响,并测试了其用于油水分离特性。结果表明,AP不仅有利于膜内部海绵状结构的形成,并能有效地改变膜的孔径和表面性能。随着AP的量的增加,中空纤维膜表现出更好的亲水性和疏油性,膜的孔径和水通量也随之增加。分离油水时通量衰减率低,简单的物理清洗就能基本恢复到其初始通量的优势,在进水TOC的质量浓度为310~340 mg/L时,膜过滤对油分的截留率在98%以上。这种新型中空纤维膜在抗有机污染及用于油水分离方面具有应用前景。
A novel hollow fiber membrane with both hydrophilic and oleophobic properties was prepared by blending one kind of organic polymer with triblock structure as additive (AP) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF). The effects of PVDF and AP Ratio on the microstructure and properties of the membrane, and tested its use for oil-water separation characteristics. The results showed that AP not only contributed to the formation of spongy structure inside the membrane, but also effectively changed the pore size and surface properties of the membrane. As the amount of AP increased, the hollow fiber membranes showed better hydrophilicity and oleophobicity, and the membrane pore size and water flux also increased. The flux decay rate is low when oil and water are separated, and the simple physical cleaning can basically return to the initial flux. When the concentration of TOC in influent water is 310-340 mg / L, the rejection of membrane filtration to oil is 98 %the above. This new type of hollow fiber membrane has potential applications in organic pollution and oil-water separation.
