单片机控制高精度激光跟踪系统的研究跟踪系统采用氦-氖激光器并通过光导纤维传递激光束,并配以合理的汇聚系统组成光电跟踪传感器的辅助光源的传感器,具有体积小、跟踪精度高的特点:MCS-51系列的单片机作为系统的控制主机,使系统的控制灵活、可靠。本跟踪系统已应用于迭片式膜盒的焊接。(哈尔滨工业大学殷树言等) 焊管用带钢等离子弧对接焊工艺研究
