以阿司匹林为非水溶性模型药物研制脉冲片剂并同时考察用包衣的方法制备脉冲给药系统的可行性。方法 :筛选出适当的片芯处方 ,以乙基纤维素和丙烯酸树脂L(S)的乙醇溶液包衣 ,采用滚转包衣法 ,制备阿司匹林脉冲片剂。通过体外释放度实验 ,考察片芯和衣层对片剂脉冲释放的影响。结果 :片芯处方、包衣处方、包衣层厚度对阿司匹林的脉冲释放均有影响。结论 :通过选择片芯中的崩解剂、调整包衣层组成和厚度 ,可以用包衣的方法得到不同时间脉冲释药的阿司匹林片剂。
Aspirin is a non-water-soluble model drug for the development of pulsatile tablets and the feasibility of preparing a pulsed drug delivery system by a coating method. Methods: The appropriate core tablets were screened and coated with ethylcellulose and acrylic resin L (S) in ethanol. The aspirin pulse tablets were prepared by tumbling coating method. Through the in vitro release test, examine the influence of tablet core and layer on the pulse release of tablets. Results: The tablet core prescription, coating prescription and coating thickness had an impact on the pulse release of aspirin. CONCLUSIONS: Aspirin tablets, pulsed at different times of release, can be obtained by a coating process by selecting the disintegrant in the core and adjusting the composition and thickness of the coating.
