为研究单点增量成形件残余应力分布情况以及不同工艺参数对残余应力和轴向精度的影响,对成形材料1050铝进行性能分析。用ABAQUS有限元软件建立单点增量成形圆锥台件三维实体有限元模型,根据模拟结果分析工具头直径D、层间距ΔZ、主轴转速W和进给速度F对残余应力分布规律的影响,进而分析对轴向精度的影响,并通过实验验证仿真结果的有效性。研究表明:在较小的工具头直径和层间距、合适的主轴转速和较高的进给速度的条件下,可以获得较好的残余应力分布状态和较高的成形件轴向精度。
In order to study the distribution of residual stress and the influence of different process parameters on the residual stress and axial precision of single point incremental forming parts, the performance of 1050 aluminum for forming material was analyzed. The ABAQUS finite element software is used to build the three-dimensional solid finite element model of single-point incremental forming truncated cone. According to the simulation results, the influence of tool head diameter D, layer spacing ΔZ, spindle speed W and feed speed F on residual stress distribution is analyzed. Analysis of the impact on the axial accuracy, and verify the effectiveness of the simulation results through experiments. The research shows that better residual stress distribution and higher axial accuracy of the forming part can be obtained under the conditions of smaller tool head diameter and layer spacing, suitable spindle speed and higher feed speed.
