针对高功率灯泵浦棒状Nd:YAG激光器用于百微米激光打孔过程中出现的孔周围大面积光晕的现象,从理论上分析了加入45°法拉第旋转器可以均匀激光器中激光晶体径向、切向热焦距,减小这两个方向的热焦距差。在实验上获得了更大功率的激光输出,并且通过打孔实验,与未加法拉第旋转器激光打孔孔貌相比较,打孔质量得到改善。
