在盘式制动器图纸的基础上,建立了其三维模型。根据摩擦生热的理论,应用有限元软件Abaqus对制动盘进行了在紧急制动工况下的热结构耦合分析,得到了盘式制动器的温度场和应力场的重要信息。结果表明:在制动开始时,制动盘的温度场及应力场呈非轴对称分布,在制动结束时,制动盘的温度场及应力场接近于轴对称分布。
Based on the disc brake drawings, the 3D model is established. According to the theory of frictional heat generation, the finite element software Abaqus is used to analyze the thermal structure of the brake disc under the emergency braking condition. The important information about the temperature field and stress field of the disc brake is obtained. The results show that at the beginning of braking, temperature and stress fields of the brake disc are non-axisymmetrically distributed. At the end of braking, the temperature and stress fields of the brake disc are close to axisymmetric distribution.
