目的：为麝香保心丸在临床应用提供建议和依据。方法：从近年的研究进展和临床经验对麝香保心丸进行评价。结果与结论：麝香保心丸具有扩张冠状动脉、减少心梗面积、预防心室重构等作用，且不良反应轻微，进一步的结论有待长期、大样本、多中心、随机、双盲的临床研究来验证。
