进入21世纪,我国住宅建设继续面临持续发展的局面,住宅产业,成为带动我国综合国力的重要因素,而选择住宅结构体系将直接影响到住宅,造价、使用功能等普遍问题。就目前,我国砖瓦混合房屋是应用最为广泛的一种建筑形式。由于,砌体房屋脆性材料的抗震性能较不理想,为了提高完善其抗震性能,行业内部经常采用设计建筑布局,改变结构构造,完善构造体系。这就是多层住宅新型复合结构。本文主要综述了对多层住宅新型复合结构的理论进行综合分析。对所提出的多层主宰新型复合结构体系进行了动力性能、主体构造、多方面系统分析。在满足静力荷载作用、承载力要求、抗震性能的基础上,根据结构动力学原理、建筑构造学理论,推导了该结构体系的动力特征方程,分析了复合结构体系的支撑界面和层数变化对动力特征的影响。计算结果显示,增加支撑对提高结构的频率即抗侧刚度有显著作用,随着支撑截面尺寸增大,固有频率将单调进行刚性增加。增加结构的层数、固有频率的减少,变化规律将趋于理性收敛。根据动力特征方程计算出的结构固有频率值,再拟合频率曲线,推导出综合考虑截面与结构层数影响的频率计算公式,与理论计算的结果拟合性较好。

Because the seismic performance of brittle materials in masonry buildings is less than ideal, in order to improve its seismic performance, the interior design of buildings is often used to change the structural structure and improve the structural system. This is the new multi-storey residential complex structure. This article mainly summarizes the comprehensive analysis of the theory of new composite structure in multi-storey residential buildings. The proposed multi-layer dominated the new composite structure system performance, the main body structure, multi-faceted system analysis. Based on the theory of structural dynamics and the theory of building tectonics, the dynamic characteristic equation of the structural system is deduced on the basis of meeting the requirements of static load, bearing capacity and seismic performance, and the support interface and the number of layers of the composite structural system are analyzed Effect on dynamic characteristics. The calculation results show that increasing the support has a significant effect on increasing the frequency of the structure, that is, the lateral stiffness. As the support cross-section increases in size, the natural frequency monotonically increases. Increase the number of layers of the structure, the natural frequency decreases, the law of variation will tend to rational convergence. According to the natural frequency of structure calculated from the dynamic characteristic equation and fitting the frequency curve, the frequency formula considering the effect of cross section and structure layer number is deduced, and the fitting result with theoretical calculation is better.
