由于铁道部试制大功率高速柴油机、发展新型内燃机车的需要,我们在12V175Z柴油机曲轴的全纤维锻压(见本刊1965年第12期)成功的基础上,于1965年12月又在戚墅堰工厂、齐齐哈尔工厂和四方工厂等单位的大力协助下,锻制成功16V200ZL柴油机(八拐)曲轴,其材质为42CrMoA,满足了试制任务的需要. 16V200ZL柴油机全纤维曲轴的锻压是在齐齐哈尔工厂利用原有压模(锻制12V175Z柴油机曲轴的压模)进行的,仅对有关的镶块作了相应的改变,锻压工艺也大体相同.本文仅就不同之点作简单介绍.
As the Ministry of Railways pilot high-power high-speed diesel engine, the need to develop new diesel locomotives, we in the 12V175Z diesel engine crankshaft full fiber forging (see article 1965 No. 12) on the basis of success, in December 1965 and Qishuyan factory, Qiqihar factory and Sifang factory and other units with the great help, forging successful 16V200ZL diesel engine (eight Shui) crankshaft, the material for the 42CrMoA, to meet the needs of trial production. 16V200ZL diesel engine crankshaft forging is the whole plant in Qiqihar use of the original pressure Die (forged 12V175Z diesel engine crankshaft die), only the relevant insert made the corresponding changes, forging process is also roughly the same. This article only on the different points for a brief introduction.
