当今社会,企业竞争逐渐加剧,企业竞争战略的实施需要优秀的人才支撑,企业间的竞争实质上是人才的竞争。企业要想获取竞争优势,必然要获取优秀的人力资源。招聘工作是企业人力资源管理活动中的一个重要环节,是企业获取优秀人才的主要途径,招聘工作的优秀与否关系到企业能否长期发展并拥有竞争优势。本文分析了企业在招聘工作中存在的一些问题并提出相应的对策,为企业的招聘工作提供参考。
In today’s society, the competition of enterprises is gradually aggravated. The implementation of enterprise competitive strategy requires excellent personnel support. The competition among enterprises is essentially the competition of talents. To gain competitive advantage, enterprises must obtain excellent human resources. Recruiting work is an important part of human resources management activities of an enterprise and the main way for an enterprise to obtain excellent talents. Whether the recruitment work is excellent or not depends on whether the enterprise can have long-term development and has competitive advantages. This article analyzes some problems existed in the recruitment of enterprises and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to provide references for the recruitment of enterprises.
