目的研究不同条件下小鼠阴道粘膜对白念珠菌的易感性。方法建立免疫系统正常小鼠(雌激素化)与免疫抑制小鼠模型,建立初发与复发白念珠菌性阴道炎模型,对比观察不同干预措施下小鼠的一般生长情况、阴道灌洗液涂片细胞学检查结果、阴道组织病理学改变并测定其阴道灌洗液真菌载量。结果免疫抑制组各时点平均CFU水平均高于雌激素化组,且峰值后移,自第4天起两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。雌激素化组、免疫抑制组各时点平均CFU分别与正常对照组相比均显示极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论处于免疫抑制状态的小鼠阴道粘膜对白念珠菌更具有易感性;再次感染与初次感染不存在易感性差异。
Objective To study the susceptibility of Candida albicans to vaginal mucosa in mice under different conditions. Methods The mouse model of normal immune system (estrogenization) and immunosuppressive mice was established to establish the model of new-onset and recurrent Candida albicans vaginitis. The growth of mice under different interventions was observed. The vaginal lavage fluid Cytology results, changes in vaginal histopathology and determination of vaginal lavage fluid fungal load. Results The average level of CFU in immunosuppressed group was higher than that in estrogen group at each time point, and the peak value shifted backwards. There was a significant difference between the two groups on the 4th day (P <0.05). The average CFU of estrogen group and immunosuppressive group at each time point showed extremely significant difference compared with the normal control group (P <0.01). Conclusions Immunosuppressive mouse vaginal mucosa is more susceptible to C. albicans; there is no difference in susceptibility between reinfection and primary infection.
