档案作为历史文化范畴,在挖掘历史文化、弘扬民族文化、发展地方文化、建设现代文化的过程中具有重要地位。文章从档案文化功能的显现与档案文化意识的提升两个方面,对档案文化的内涵、功能和档案文化意识的提升问题进行新的思考和探究。
Archives, as a category of history and culture, plays an important role in mining history and culture, carrying forward national culture, developing local culture and building modern culture. This article makes new thinking and exploration on the connotation and function of archival culture and the promotion of archival cultural awareness from the appearance of archival cultural function and the enhancement of archival cultural awareness.
