本文根据自由基聚合原理,采用HPEG-600聚醚、丙烯酸和丙烯酸甲酯合成低粘型聚羧酸系减水剂。主要探讨了酸醚比、丙烯酸甲酯的用量、反应温度和聚合物分子量大小对性能的影响。最后,混凝土性能测试表明本试验所合成的聚羧酸系减水剂具有明显的降黏效果。
In this paper, based on the principle of free radical polymerization, HPEG-600 polyether, acrylic acid and methyl acrylate synthesis of low viscosity polycarboxylate water reducer. The effects of the ratio of ether to ether, the amount of methyl acrylate, the reaction temperature and the molecular weight of the polymer on the performance were discussed. Finally, the concrete performance test shows that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesized in this experiment has obvious viscosity reduction effect.
