文章论述了小情报现的涵义、渊源成因及其历史局限性，指出小情报观已经滞后于形势发展需要，应该用适应中国社会科学情报事业发展的新观念取而代之。
This article discusses the definition, origins and historical limitations of the present situation of small intelligence. It points out that the concept of small intelligence lags behind the need of situation development and should be replaced by the new concept of adapting to the development of China ’s social science intelligence.
