韩国某工厂让职工轮流当“一日厂长”来管理厂务,他们和真正的厂长一样,拥有处理公务的权力。当一日厂长对工人有批评意见时,要详细记录在工作日记上,并让各部门的员工收阅。
A factory in South Korea allows employees to take turns managing their factory operations as “factory managers on the 1st.” They have the same authority as the real factory manager to handle official duties. When the factory director criticizes the workers on the first day, he or she should keep a detailed record in the diary of work and let the staff of all departments receive the payment.
