油菜是有性繁殖系数很高的作物,研究它的组培快繁其用处至少有二项:1.利用甘蓝型自交不亲和系配制杂种,增产效果显著。如能用组培技术保存和大量生产自交不亲和系苗,可省工省时,促进杂交油菜的推广。2.以低芥酸为目标的品质育种是当前油菜育种工作的重点。一个高芥酸亲本跟一个低(或无)芥酸亲本杂交,当代种子脂肪中的芥酸含量就有变化,如能用组培技术繁殖
Rapeseed is a crop with high sexual multiplication coefficient. There are at least two parts to study its tissue culture and propagation: 1. The hybrid is made from the selfing incompatible lines of Brassica oleracea, and the yield increase is remarkable. If tissue culture techniques can be used to preserve and massively produce self-incompatible seedlings, it can save time and labor and promote the popularization of hybrid rapeseed. 2. Low erucic acid target breeding quality breeding is the focus of the current rapeseed. A high-erucic acid parent crosses with a low (or no) erucic parent, and the erucic acid content of contemporary seed fat varies, as can colonization by tissue culture
