针对中信重工58 t焦罐提升板钩吊具多次出现裂纹的问题,重新进行优化设计,在传统理论计算方法的基础上,结合现代设计理念,运用有限元对板钩吊具进行受力分析,验证了理论计算所得结果的合理性;并根据分析结果找出板钩危险截面应力情况,并对该吊具外形尺寸进行优化,受力分布得到明显改善,最大等效应力值降低了30%,提高了板钩吊具的寿命和安全性,降低了生产成本,为今后焦罐提升板钩吊具的设计提供了借鉴。
Aiming at the problem that the 58 t coke bucket lifting hook and sliver of CITIC Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. has repeatedly cracked, the optimized design was re-designed. Based on the traditional theoretical calculation method and the modern design concept, the force analysis of the hook and sling was carried out by using the finite element method , Verify the rationality of the theoretical calculation results; and according to the analysis results to find out the dangerous cross-section plate hook stress situation, and to optimize the overall dimensions of the spreader, the stress distribution has been significantly improved, the maximum equivalent stress reduced by 30% , Improve the life and safety of the hook hook spreader, reduce the production cost, and provide reference for the design of the hook hook spreader in the future.
