为缓解水资源短缺问题,通州区从2004年开始大力发展再生水农业灌溉利用,截至到2010年底,全区共发展再生水灌溉面积2.53万hm2,通州区再生水利用工程的建设改善了河湖水体景观及蓄水能力,提高了农业供水保证率,增加了农民收入,减少了区域内清洁水源的开采,涵养了地下水资源,保障首都农业的水资源安全。从科学的规划方案、建设合理的输水调蓄网络以及灌区监测与评价网络等方面总结了新河灌区建设、管理中的主要经验,为以后其他区域再生水灌区的建设与管理提供了参考。
In order to alleviate the shortage of water resources, Tongzhou District started to develop reclaimed water and agricultural irrigation and utilization from 2004. By the end of 2010, a total of 25,300 hm2 of reclaimed water has been developed in the region. The construction of reclaimed water utilization project in Tongzhou District has improved the landscape of the rivers and lakes, Water storage capacity, raising the guaranteed rate of agricultural water supply, increasing farmers’ income, reducing the exploitation of clean water sources within the region, conserving groundwater resources and ensuring the water resources security of capital agriculture. The main experience in the construction and management of Xinhe Irrigation District is summarized from the scientific planning plan, the construction of a reasonable water conveyance and storage network, as well as the monitoring and evaluation network in the Irrigation District, which provides reference for the construction and management of reclaimed water irrigated areas in other regions in the future.
