对１１种黄芪的总皂甙进行了定性定量分析，测定了不同产地黄芪总皂甙的含量及蒙古黄芪Ａｓｔｒａｇａｌｕｓｍｅｎｂｒａｎａｃｅｕｓｖａｒ．ｍｏｎｇｈｏｌｉｃｕｓ不同物候期总皂甙含量的动态变化。
Quantitative and quantitative analysis of total saponins of 11 kinds of Astragalus membranaceus was conducted. The contents of total saponins of Astragalus membranaceus and Astragalus menbranaceusvar were determined. The dynamic changes of total saponin content in different phenophases of mongholicus .
