为了解近期我国大陆流行的B型流感病毒对神经氨酸酶抑制剂类药物的敏感性,本文对2013年10月至2014年3月流感流行季节期间中国大陆分离的884株B型流感病毒进行了生物学耐药监测。884株B型流感毒株中所有毒株均对oseltamivir敏感,检测到2株(0.23%)对zanamivir敏感性降低的毒株,其他毒株均对zanamivir敏感。其中38株B/Victoria系毒株中B/Shandong-Kuiwen/1195/2014对zanamivir的IC50值为1.78nM,较药物敏感参考株的IC50平均值(0.34nM)高5.12倍,表明对zanamivir的敏感性降低,在NA基因上没有发现存在已知耐药位点变异,但有D35G,N59D和S402T(N2编码分别为39、64和399位)氨基酸位点的变异;846株B/Yamagata系毒株中B/Hunan-Lingling/350/2013对zanamivir的IC50值为2.72nM,较药物敏感参考株的IC50平均值(0.34nM)高7.99倍,表明对zanamivir的敏感性降低,NA基因发生了D197N(N2编码为198位)氨基酸位点的变异。根据结果可以推断目前我国流行的B型流感毒株对神经氨酸酶抑制剂类药物敏感。
To understand the recent influenza B virus susceptibility to neuraminidase inhibitors in mainland China, 884 influenza B viruses isolated in mainland China during the flu season were collected from October 2013 to March 2014 The biological resistance monitoring.
