[目的 ]探讨DNA倍体及增殖周期在骨髓异常增生综合征 (MDS)的变化及意义。 [方法 ]应用流式细胞仪 (FCM )测定MDS组和良性血液病组骨髓细胞的DNA倍体及增殖周期。 [结果 ]良性血液病组无一例检出DNA非整倍体 ,MDS组DNA非整倍体检出率 (2 5 .7% )明显高于对照组。MDS组骨髓细胞G0 /G1期百分比明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,S +G2 /M期百分比明显低于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]流式细胞仪DNA倍体及周期分析是MDS一个重要的诊断指标 ,对于MDS的疗效、预后判断有重要的意义
[Objective] To investigate the changes and significance of DNA ploidy and proliferation cycle in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). [Method] The DNA ploidy and proliferation cycle of bone marrow cells of MDS group and benign blood group were determined by flow cytometry (FCM). [Results] No DNA aneuploidy was detected in benign blood disease group. DNA aneuploidy detection rate (25.7%) in MDS group was significantly higher than that in control group. The percentage of G0 / G1 phase in MDS group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the percentage of S + G2 / M phase in MDS group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Flow cytometry DNA ploidy and cycle analysis is an important diagnostic index of MDS, which has important significance for the curative effect and prognosis of MDS
