对自行研发的由功能性滤料、以观赏水草栽培为特色的人工湿地和施用复合菌制剂有机组成的生态型循环水处理系统在工厂化养殖鲟鱼中的应用效果作了研究。结果表明,该套系统具有理想的水处理效果,运行一年中使养殖水体氨氮、亚硝态氮和硝态氮平均含量分别维持在0.44mg/L、0.26mg/L和3mg/L水平。史氏鲟放养平均规格105g,密度46.2尾/m3,经6个月养殖,出池平均规格625g,单位水体产量30.88kg/m3,饲料系数1.12,成活率99.1%,与每天换水养殖相比,总用水量节省98.12%,总利润增加4.29倍。
The research on the application effect of self-developed ecological circulating water treatment system with functional filter material, artificial wetland featuring ornamental aquatic plants cultivation and organics applying compound bacteria was studied in industrialized culture of sturgeon. The results showed that this system has ideal water treatment effect. The ammonia nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in breeding water maintained the levels of 0.44mg / L, 0.26mg / L and 3mg / L respectively in one year.
