目的了解江西省农村地区小学班主任对传染病防控的知识、态度、行为和需求情况,探讨在江西农村小学建立缺课监测制度的可行性。方法自行设计问卷,对江西省2个县15个乡镇63所小学中的644名班主任教师进行调查。结果班主任对传染病防控知识的总体知晓率只有59.41%,县、乡、村三级小学班主任教师的平均知晓率逐渐下降(P<0.01);大部分班主任认为传染病的防控工作很重要,但有53.88%的班主任不愿意参与学校传染病防控工作;有41.2%的班主任在过去1 a中参加过传染病防控的培训、讲座或研讨会;89%的班级有晨检,超过95%的班级有缺勤原因的追查和登记;96%的班主任愿意学习传染病防控的知识。结论在农村小学建立缺课监测系统,加强对农村地区小学班主任教师传染病防控知识、态度和行为的引导是非常必要的。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude, behavior and needs of head teachers of primary schools in rural areas of Jiangxi Province on the prevention and control of infectious diseases and explore the feasibility of setting up absence monitoring system in rural primary schools in Jiangxi Province. Methods A questionnaire was designed by ourselves to investigate 644 teacher-teachers in 63 primary schools in 15 townships of 2 counties in Jiangxi Province. Results As a result, there was only 59.41% of the general knowledgeable rate of infection prevention and control knowledge, and the average awareness rate of primary school teachers in county, township and village levels gradually decreased (P <0.01). Most of the class teachers thought the prevention and control of infectious diseases was very important However, 53.88% of the class teachers were unwilling to participate in the prevention and control of school infectious diseases. 41.2% of the class supervisors participated in the training, seminars or seminars of infectious disease prevention and control in the past 1 year. 89% Ninety-five percent of the classes had tracing and registering for absence reasons; 96% of class teachers were willing to learn about the prevention and control of infectious diseases. Conclusion It is necessary to set up the absence monitoring system in rural primary schools and to strengthen the guidance of teachers, teachers and teachers in primary schools in rural areas of prevention and control of infectious diseases.
