针对磁浮球系统非线性不稳定的特点,将预测函数控制用于此系统中。该方法采用系统的线性化模型,构造反馈补偿结构进行镇定,从而得到系统的广义预测模型,在此基础上设计了一个预测函数控制器,并利用d SPACE平台进行实验研究。仿真和实验结果均表明,预测函数控制策略能够实现钢球的稳定悬浮,且具有抗干扰能力强,无超调,跟踪效果好等优点。
In view of the nonlinear instability of the magnetic float system, the predictive function control is used in this system. In this method, a linearized model of the system is used to construct a feedback compensation structure for stabilization. The generalized prediction model of the system is obtained. Based on this, a predictive function controller is designed and an experimental study is carried out using d SPACE platform. Simulation and experimental results show that the predictive function control strategy can achieve a stable suspension of the steel ball and has the advantages of strong anti-interference ability, no overshoot and good tracking effect.
