结果:低BMI组COPD患者IC及FVC较正常BMI组下降,IC有显著意义(P<0.01),BMI分别与IC(pearson相关系数r=0.346,P=0.01)、FVC(Pearson相关系数r=0.317,P=0.032)显著相关。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between BMI and deep inspiratory capacity (IC) and forced vital capacity (FVC) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and to provide evidence for the comprehensive treatment and evaluation of clinical COPD. Methods: A total of 94 patients with COPD from January to October in 2010 were divided into two groups according to BMI: 49 in low BMI group and 45 in normal BMI group. IC and FVC were measured, and the correlation between BMI and ICFVC was analyzed. Results: The IC and FVC of COPD patients in low BMI group were significantly lower than those in normal BMI group (P <0.01), BMI was correlated with IC (pearson correlation coefficient r = 0.346, P = 0.01), FVC (Pearson correlation coefficient r = 0.317, P = 0.032). Conclusion: BMI is an index to evaluate the nutritional status of patients with COPD. IC, FVC and BMI are positively correlated, and improving the nutritional status of patients with COPD can improve the prognosis of patients.
