校本课程属于新一轮基础教育课程改革所尝试构建的“三级课程”管理框架,校本教材开发将对我国实施基础教育课程改革和素质教育发展起到积极的推动作用。本文以陕西师范大学与陕西省陇县、旬邑县签订的《校县共建教育发展工程协议》为背景,分析了两县音乐教学现状所存在的问题,讨论了校本教材开发对两县中学音乐教学的重要性,认为西部贫困中学改善音乐教育现状需要进行校本教材的开发。
School-based curriculum belongs to the “three-level curriculum” management framework that a new round of elementary education curriculum reform attempts to construct. The development of school-based teaching materials will play a positive role in promoting the reform of basic education curriculum and quality-oriented education in our country. This paper analyzes the existing problems of music teaching status in two counties under the background of “School-County Construction Project of Education and Development” signed by Shaanxi Normal University and Long County and Xunyi County of Shaanxi Province. The paper discusses the development of school-based teaching materials for two counties The importance of music teaching, that the western poor middle school to improve the status of music education needs the development of school-based teaching materials.
