以湖南野生春兰(Cymbidium goeringii)引种驯化过程中发生的炭疽病病株为试验材料,分离、鉴定病原菌,分析营养因子和非营养因子对病原菌生长的影响。结果表明:春兰炭疽病病原菌为博宁炭疽菌(Colletotrichum boninense Moriwaki,Sato&Tsukiboshi);适合生长的培养基有PDA、PSA和CSA;能有效利用多种碳源,最适合的为葡萄糖,有利生长的有机氮为酵母膏和蛋白胨,无机氮为硝酸钾;光照与黑暗对菌丝生长的影响无显著性差异;适宜p H 5.0~8.0;在10~35℃均能生长,最适温度为25℃;处理20 min,菌丝和孢子的致死温度分别为48和50℃。
The pathogen was isolated and identified from anthracnose diseased plants in the process of introduction and domestication of wild Cymbidium goeringii in Hunan Province. The effects of trophic and non-nutritive factors on the growth of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed. The results showed that: the pathogen of Chunlan anthracnose was Colletotrichum boninense Moriwaki, Sato & Tsukiboshi; suitable medium for growth was PDA, PSA and CSA; it could effectively utilize a variety of carbon sources, most suitable for glucose, favorable growth organic Nitrogen is yeast extract and peptone, and inorganic nitrogen is potassium nitrate. There is no significant difference between light and darkness on the mycelial growth. The optimum pH is 5.0 ~ 8.0, and the optimum temperature is 25 ℃ at 10 ~ 35 ℃. Treatment for 20 min, lethal temperature of mycelium and spores were 48 and 50 ℃.
