围绕高校图书馆利益相关者利益驱动力的提升,在概述图书馆利益相关者组成的基础上,指出了不同层次利益相关者的不同利益需求,并以利益相关者利益需求为研究基点,分析了利益相关者的各种利益驱动力,并从利益驱动力的驱动机制和管理学角度,提出了利益相关者利益驱动力的提升策略,将物与人的因素统一到利益驱动力提升视域加以考察,从而拓宽了利益驱动力的研究思路。
On the basis of summarizing the composition of stakeholders in libraries, this paper points out the different needs of stakeholders at different levels and focuses on the needs of stakeholders. Stakeholder driving force of various interests, and from the perspective of the drive mechanism and management of the driving force of interest, proposes the promotion strategy of the stakeholder’s interest driving force, unifies the material and human factors into the driving force of interests to enhance the sight to be Study, thus broadening the interest driving force research ideas.
