以石刁柏种子为试材,在恒温25℃,光照强度3 000lx,相对湿度66%的条件下,以累计发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数等为指标,探讨了不同栽培基质、不同浓度GA3和PEG溶液处理对石刁柏种子发芽的影响。结果表明:不同栽培基质对石刁柏种子芽率影响不大,但却对胚根长度有一定的影响,3种不同基质中胚根长度的排序为沙子>珍珠岩∶蛭石=1∶1>蒸馏水;石刁柏种子发芽率、发芽势和活力指数在GA3溶液浓度为50mg/L时最高,其发芽指数与GA3浓度呈负相关;石刁柏种子发芽率与PEG浓度呈负相关,发芽势及胚根长度随PEG浓度增加先增加后降低,在PEG浓度为2.5%时达到最高。
Using Asparagus officinalis L. seeds as test material, under the conditions of constant temperature of 25 ℃, light intensity of 3000lx and relative humidity of 66%, the accumulative germination rate, germination potential and germination index were taken as indexes to study the effects of different culture media, GA3 And PEG solution on the asparagus seed germination. The results showed that different culture media had little effect on the seed germination rate of Asparagus officinalis, but had some effects on the length of radicle. The germination rate, germination energy and vigor index of Asparagus officinalis L. seeds were the highest when the concentration of GA3 was 50 mg / L, and the germination index was negatively correlated with GA3 concentration. The germination rate of Asparagus officinalis L. was negatively correlated with PEG concentration and germinated Potential and radicle length increased first and then decreased with the increase of PEG concentration, reaching the highest when PEG concentration was 2.5%.
