近年来,在巨噬细胞与淋巴细胞相互作用的研究中,有两个重大突破。一是分子水平上控制免疫反应,发现了免疫细胞间相互作用的介导物质——白间素(Interleukin);二是遗传水平上控制免疫反应。白间素在巨噬细胞与淋巴细胞相互作用中以及在淋巴细胞激活,增生分化过程中起着十分重要的作用。它们在不同白细胞群体间起联络信号的作用。现已发现的白间素有三种:即I1-1,I1-2和I1-3。 Morgan证明T-细胞的生长需要T-细胞生长因子(TCGF)的活化和维持。Gillis
In recent years, there have been two major breakthroughs in the study of the interaction between macrophages and lymphocytes.
