对煤矿井下使用的大容量锂离子蓄电池进行极限状态的充电试验,研究出现燃爆或者泄压情况下隔爆外壳内部的承压情况。提出带专用泄压功能及防堵塞设计的泄压装置设计方案,并对泄压效果进行对比试验验证;设计带呼吸泄压装置的大容量锂离子蓄电池电源隔爆外壳并进行防爆检测。
The use of large-capacity underground coal-fired lithium-ion batteries for the ultimate state of charge test to study the occurrence of explosion or pressure relief case under pressure inside the enclosure. Proposed pressure relief device with a dedicated pressure relief function and anti-clogging design of the pressure relief device design, and the pressure relief effect comparison test; design with respiratory pressure relief device of high-capacity lithium-ion battery power enclosure and flameproof explosion-proof detection.
