随着油田的进一步开采和助采措施的增加,油井采出液含砂量日益增多,虽然井下采取机械防砂和化学固砂等措施,但仍有细砂在地面集输系统容器中大量沉积。大型储罐内的清砂一般采用停产后人工进罐清除法,工作强度大,环境恶劣,停产时间长,收效低。介绍了一种利用自由、淹没射流原理清砂的新方法,在罐底部布设带有冲砂孔的管网,以罐区附近消防水作为冲砂动力源,实现了不进罐清砂自动化。
With the further exploitation of the oilfield and the increase of auxiliary mining measures, the amount of sand in the oil recovery fluid is increasing day by day. Although underground measures such as mechanical sand control and chemical sand fixation are still available, a large amount of fine sand is still deposited in the ground collection and transportation system. Large-scale storage tank sand generally used to stop after the removal of labor into the tank, the work intensity, poor environment, long production downtime, low efficiency. A new method to clean sand by using the principle of free and submerged jet is introduced. A pipe network with sand flushing holes is arranged at the bottom of the tank. The fire water near the tank area is used as the power source for sand flushing.
