针对三门核电厂AP1000机组常规岛凝汽器水室制造过程中存在的问题,根据核电凝汽器水室制造图纸及技术文件,阐述了凝汽器水室制造过程中的装焊后变形、水室水压试验超压后变形开裂问题,分析了其产生的原因,提出了处理措施。结果经验证,凝汽器水室的制造难题得以有效解决,最终达到了水室装焊后不再变形及水压试验过程控制质量提高的目的。
Aiming at the problems existing in the manufacturing process of the conventional island condenser water chamber of AP1000 unit in Sanmen NPP, according to the drawings and technical documents of the water condenser of nuclear power plant condenser, the post-assembly deformation during the manufacturing process of the condenser water chamber is described. The problem of deformation and cracking after water pressure overpressure in water chamber was analyzed, the reason of its occurrence was analyzed, and the treatment measures were put forward. The results proved that the condenser water chamber manufacturing problems can be effectively solved, and finally reached the water tank installed no deformation after welding and hydrostatic pressure test control process to improve the quality of the purpose.
