喉返神经损伤是甲状腺手术常见而严重的并发症,如何预防并降低其发生率十分重要。我院１９９８年１月～１９９９年１０月间因甲状腺腺瘤行甲状腺侧叶切除,术中暴露喉返神经６４例(８０侧),现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料男１０例,女５４例。年龄１５～５９例,平均３９．５岁 Recurrent laryngeal nerve injury is a common and serious complication of thyroid surgery, and how to prevent and reduce its incidence is very important.
