科研项目管理作为一种现代化管理方式，是伴随着社会建设和管理大型项目的需要而产生的。通过设立业务科研管理机构，制定管理制度，可以保证业务科研项目管理的规范性、有序性和高效性。本文以业务科研项目管理的特点分析了我单位业务科研项目管理存在的若干问题及管理方法。
