Objective To investigate the subclinical effects of fenvalerate on the cardiovascular function of packers. Methods A cross-sectional survey of 22 fenvalerate packers and 15 non-toxic contact history and no history of cardiovascular disease were performed to analyze the changes of cardiovascular function. Results The time-weighted average concentration of fenvalerate (TWA) was 0.0175 ± 0.0057mg / m3 (n = 4) in the air of packaging workshop, and the average skin contamination of packers was 0.5134 ± 0.4216mg / cm2 = 6). The workers were exposed mainly to skin pollution. The symptoms were mainly skin and mucous membrane irritation. Compared with the control group, systolic blood pressure increased, heart rate accelerated, and systolic blood pressure was significantly correlated with urine VMA. Electrocardiogram (Q-T) r value increases. Conclusion Low esfenvalerate exposure may affect the cardiovascular function of workers.
