通过ANSYS参数化语言建立52英寸新型液压式轮胎硫化机横梁的有限元模型,并对其进行应力和应变分析。结果表明,通过合理选择主要板件厚度可以有效减小横梁质量及提高其强度和刚度。
The finite element model of 52-inch hydraulic tire vulcanizer beam was established by ANSYS parametric language, and the stress and strain were analyzed. The results show that the beam quality can be effectively reduced and its strength and rigidity can be effectively reduced by reasonably choosing the thickness of the main plate.
